Many of our campers are orphaned or come from abusive homes, facing challenges no child should ever have to endure. With the war in Ukraine still raging, with sirens, missile threats, and nights spent running into shelters, Yeka has become more vital than ever. It offers safety, warmth, friendship, and a true sense of Yiddishkeit, Jewish family, and belonging.
This Summer, we’re returning to Ukraine to run a 20 day camp for over 130 boys who are eagerly counting down the days until they can once again experience the joy, care, and inspiration that only Yeka can bring. Our goal is to raise $180,000 the amount needed to make this camp a reality and a life-changing success, giving these boys an unforgettable experience filled with happiness, Jewish learning, and renewed hope. Your support will make all the difference. Together, we can give them the gift of an extraordinary and transformative Summer camp.
