But for many people in our community, CSO Cape Town is known for a moment.

The moment they were saved.

A woman at home, suffering a heart attack. A granny trapped during a home invasion.
A runner collapsing on the promenade. A mother who feels unsafe in this uncertain world.

Different people. Different emergencies. Different kinds of saving. But the same truth: When they needed help, CSO Cape Town was there. 

CSO Cape Town’s 24/7 security and medical responders are on the ground, trained and equipped to handle emergencies in real time. We respond when seconds matter. We arrive when people are most vulnerable. We race into moments most people hope they will never face. And beyond emergency response, CSO Cape Town builds the strength of our community through volunteer training and development, giving ordinary people confidence and purpose.
