For over five decades, Victory Park Shul and Emmarentia Shul have been pillars of Jewish life in the North-West of Johannesburg. This year, as we merge our traditions and strengths into one dynamic community, we celebrate the milestones that brought us here and the bright future ahead.

This year, we’re focusing on:

• To be THE Orthodox Jewish Community Centre: We aim to be the destination for all Jews in the North West of Johannesburg, offering religious, social, cultural, recreational, educational, and youth activities 365 days a year, 24/7.

• To be a “home away from home”: We strive to create a space where every Jew feels accepted and valued, and where no one is turned away. Our doors will always be open to welcome all members of our community.

• To reconnect with and empower the youth: We are committed to engaging our younger generation through the establishment of a dedicated youth centre, “The Space,” and by actively involving them in Shul and School activities.
